DEATH CHAMBER UNCOVERED AT PENNEKAMP PARK

An undercover investigator, acting on tips, located and photographed a gas chamber used to kill trapped animals captured in traps set by the park service.  Wildlife and domestics were lured into the traps with tasty treats and summarily killed in the death chamber located in a secluded building on the grounds of Pennekamp.  There is evidence that Anne Morkill, Key Deer Refuge manager may have had a connection to this atrocity.  WSVN channel 7 did a report covering this discovery.  The report can be viewed through the Carmel on the Case archives and the links found on the home page of this website.
